Mini case study: English speaking routine (2-week sprint)
Problem → Approach → Outcome
Problem: A cohort participant needed a repeatable speaking routine, but kept switching materials and never measuring progress.
Approach: We used a fixed prompt set, weekly audio submissions, and error tagging (pronunciation, verb forms, collocations). Feedback was concise: three corrections to drill, one “keep” behavior, and one measurable target for the next recording.
Outcome: 6 submissions delivered over 14 days, plus a final 3-minute talk graded against a rubric. The participant reported a clearer baseline and a stable routine they could keep after the cohort.
