1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Korynex School website and related pages (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Korynex Learning GmbH (“Korynex School”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By visiting the Site, submitting a form, requesting enrollment information, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference and explains how we collect and use personal data. You can read it at /privacy-policy/.

Minimum age: you must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Site only with parental or legal guardian supervision and consent.

2. Educational Disclaimers

Korynex School provides educational content and learning programs, including online courses, live webinars, masterclasses, intensives, and structured skill programs. All materials are provided for educational purposes only. We do not provide financial, career placement, or professional licensing services through this Site.

Experts and instructors may participate as invited specialists depending on the cohort or session. Their participation does not create an employment relationship unless explicitly stated in writing by Korynex Learning GmbH.

No guarantees: we do not promise specific outcomes, including (without limitation) financial results, job offers, salary increases, admissions outcomes, certifications, or professional advancement. Learning outcomes vary and depend on attendance, practice, and the quality of submitted work.

3. Description of the Site and Services

The Site provides information about our learning formats, upcoming webinar dates, and course and cohort structures. It also provides a way to contact us and request enrollment details. The Site may be updated, improved, or changed over time. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Site at any time, with or without notice.

Enrollment process: the Site may allow you to submit a request form. We will respond with information such as syllabus outlines, schedules, expected time commitment, and pricing options. Any purchase, enrollment, or participation terms may be confirmed separately by email or other written communication.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

“Korynex School” and related names and marks are trademarks of Korynex Learning GmbH. No right or license is granted to use our trademarks without prior written consent.

The Site may reference third-party services needed to deliver educational experiences (for example, conferencing or communication tools) or may include links for convenience. We do not control third-party sites or services and are not responsible for their availability, content, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; that defects will be corrected; or that the Site or server is free of harmful components. Information on the Site may be updated or changed and may not always be complete or current.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Korynex Learning GmbH and its directors, employees, contractors, and instructors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €100.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for intent or gross negligence where prohibited, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where applicable).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Korynex Learning GmbH and its affiliates, directors, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your misuse of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, labor disputes, power failures, internet or telecommunications outages, cyberattacks, or failures of hosting or cloud service providers.

11. International Use

The Site is operated from Germany. We make no representation that the Site is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. If you access the Site from outside Germany, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

12. Governing Law and Courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law rules. The competent courts in Munich, Germany will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the consumer protection law of your country of residence.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and provide a brief description of the issue. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally within thirty (30) days. This provision does not limit any right to seek urgent injunctive relief where appropriate.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your use creates risk to the Site, other users, or our operations. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and miscellaneous provisions will survive termination.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted to achieve, as closely as possible, the original intent to the maximum extent permitted by law.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Korynex Learning GmbH regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings on the subject.

17. Assignment

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

18. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of our right to enforce that provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Korynex Learning GmbH.

19. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective fourteen (14) days after they are posted on this page, unless a shorter or longer period is required by law. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates when these Terms were last revised.

20. Electronic Communications

By using the Site and providing your contact details, you consent to receive communications electronically, including by email. Where permitted by law, you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
